Tak Chuen Airy Lau

  • Founder and CIO

Mr. Lau is a graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic. He is a Fellow Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lau has over 25 years of experience in the financial markets. He has held various positions in a number of international financial institutions as a research analyst and in equity sales.

Mr. Lau’s career began as a research analyst covering the Hong Kong market with First Pacific Securities Ltd in 1987. He joined Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia as a research analyst covering the Hong Kong market. In 1988, he moved to W.I Carr in equity sales covering the markets of Hong Kong and China. During the period between 1995 and 2006, his equity sales experiences extended to the Asia region with a focus on the markets of Hong Kong and China with BZW Asia Ltd and ABN AMRO Bank N. A.. Mr Lau was promoted to head of Hong Kong/China equity sales with ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 2005.

Woo King Wah Peter

Mr. Woo has over 30 years of working experiences in both stockbroking and asset management fields with a focus on Hong Kong/China equity investment.

Kwok Hung Tse

  • Fund’s Independent Director

Mr. Tse is the founder and the major shareholder of Sino Base Development Consultancy Limited, a property agency specialized on commercial property transactions in Hong Kong. He graduated with a professional diploma in Building Surveyors in Hong Kong Polytechnics in 1987. Mr. Tse is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Surveying Division) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying Division).

Prior to setting up Sino Base in 1994, Mr. Tse worked as a property consultant in Colliers Jardine and Jones Lang Wotton for six years. Over the last 35 years, Mr. Tse has built up a good knowledge in the building surveying field and managed a number of projects in the change of property uses. He also gained extensive experience in real estate investment.
